The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of a Banking as a Service platform, focusing on innovative fintech products and providing regulatory and technical expertise in a cross-functional team environment.

Design, deploy, and maintain observability for mobile core networks (2G/3G/4G/5G). Implement monitoring, tracing, log aggregation, AI anomaly detection, dashboards, and alerts. Provide L3 support and troubleshoot network issues, develop KPIs/SLOs, train NOC teams, and manage escalations to meet SLAs.

Perform advanced credit analysis of domestic and international commercial loan transactions. Evaluate foreign and domestic financial statements, model repayment capacity, assess sovereign and FX risk, value collateral, prepare written credit recommendations, conduct periodic portfolio reviews, and communicate findings to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Handle inbound client contact and account management for HomePay, answering calls and emails about payroll, tax, and labor law. Deliver accurate consultations, process account changes and urgent notices, support other departments, meet daily metrics (minimum 40 calls/day), and maintain professionalism, documentation, and client feedback reporting.

Responsible for leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and creating innovative digital and print solutions that meet client goals.

Assist in executing marketing activations and events for Diamond Kinetics and the Pittsburgh Pirates, engaging fans and managing promotional activities.

The Business Development Manager will prospect new clients, maintain relationships, represent the company in the legal market, and manage a sales territory.
