The Senior Recreation Leader plans, organizes, and supervises various recreational programs and activities for the community, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for participants. Responsibilities include working with children, planning sports events, coordinating after-school programs, and providing customer service.

Coordinate and implement on-site and virtual group visit programs; manage bookings, scheduling, database records, volunteer staffing, confirmations, and front‑of‑house check‑in. Support growth of group attendance and revenue and handle logistical communications and last‑minute changes.

Conduct in-home 45-minute walk-thrus with pre-qualified homeowners, educate them on the membership, capture tasks in the app, book the first handyman visit, and convert prospects into members while documenting details and coordinating handoffs.

Provide strategic and technical leadership for structural design/stress, flight sciences, and product innovation. Lead managers, set technical direction, ensure certification deliverables (DER, FAA/EASA/TC), oversee resource deployment and EVM, drive cross-functional integration, and represent AeroTEC with customers and regulators. Manage recruitment, performance, and partnerships; ensure quality, testing, and certification readiness across programs.

Manage incoming customer calls and orders, enter orders into the ERP, provide product information and quotes, support sales through cross-selling/upselling, ensure compliance with contracts and purchase orders, assist training and continuous improvement, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Lead client-facing insights work using syndicated CPG data to identify growth opportunities, deliver strategic analyses, train clients, build relationships, and support business development. Manage multiple projects and produce clear, data-driven recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Adjust cyber insurance claims from investigation through disposition: coverage analysis, incident response coordination, reserve evaluation, counsel management, reporting, and customer/broker communication while delivering timely, professional service.
