Collaborate with research, engineering, product, and business teams to integrate generative AI into products, improve search and recommendations, and maintain secure, scalable reference architectures.

Provides clerical and administrative support to branch personnel, including phone coverage, data entry, customer service, technician scheduling, equipment ordering, billing, invoicing, and professional communication with customers and vendors. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate 10-key data entry, strong organization, and compliance with company safety policies.
