Lead Prolaio’s enterprise data engineering strategy, architecture, pipelines, cloud data platforms, integrations, governance, and AI-enabled data capabilities for regulated healthcare applications. Build secure, scalable systems supporting clinical, device, patient-generated, research, analytics, and product data. Establish engineering standards for lineage, provenance, lifecycle management, privacy, HIPAA, and auditability. Hire and manage high-performing teams, influence cross-functional architecture decisions, and evaluate data platform vendors and tools.

Generate and nurture leads among large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies through strategic research, networking, and tailored outreach. Identify target-company needs and decision-makers, communicate Riskified’s fraud and payments technology value, and contribute directly to revenue growth in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.

Serve as a senior technical partner to Enterprise customers by designing, building, troubleshooting, and improving reliable automations. Lead architecture reviews, technical account planning, executive conversations, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Customer Success to improve adoption, retention, and growth while representing customer needs to Product and Engineering. The role supports SaaS customers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs to troubleshoot and drive long-term success.

Build and operate production software for active clinical trials, including clinical-system integrations, trial data flows, site activation, monitoring, and signal detection. Design AI-native agents and pipelines with auditability, provenance tracking, and human review in regulated GxP environments. Own multi-quarter technical initiatives, collaborate with clinical, regulatory, QA, data, and infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and improve validated software delivery workflows.

Process daily mail, disputes, chargebacks, physical payments, credit disputes, and money orders accurately and on time. Resolve issues end-to-end, meet service-level targets, support compliance, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering. The role includes hands-on training and mentorship, with opportunities to advance into Operations II or specialist tracks.

Support clients seeking disability benefits or insurance compensation by conducting interviews, analyzing medical records, drafting persuasive SSA memos, coordinating with representatives, managing caseloads, and collaborating with attorneys on case strategy. The role also involves improving workflows and contributing to startup initiatives with Marketing and Product. It is fully remote with quarterly travel to Los Angeles and occasional offsites.
