The Head of Finance will lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, accounting operations, reporting, cash flow management, audits, tax compliance, and financial systems implementation. The role partners with senior leaders to drive data-informed decisions, improves internal controls and operational efficiency, and builds and mentors a finance team. Responsibilities include developing financial models, dashboards, board materials, and long-range plans for a scaling startup.

The role serves offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses, requiring local visits and travel within the assigned territory.

Own the full B2B software sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, business cases, negotiation, closing, and account expansion. Build pipeline through outbound, referrals, partners, conferences, and relationships. Sell to owners, executives, and operators by demonstrating measurable ROI. Collaborate with the CEO on deals and territory strategy, work with engineering on customer feedback, and operate independently while helping improve the sales organization.

Administer and optimize enterprise AVEVA PI environments supporting real-time power infrastructure and control center operations. Configure OT data collection and integrations from SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs, and related systems. Lead architecture improvements, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, modernization, automation, telemetry feeds, project onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Develop solutions using Python, PowerShell, and .NET while mentoring junior team members and supporting Operations Engineering.

Sell payment terminals, EPOS integrations, and business account solutions to UK SMEs. Generate leads independently, use a consultative sales approach, close merchant services deals, and build a self-employed sales business. Compensation includes upfront commissions, transaction-volume bonuses, and residual income. Teya provides training, sales support, local management, and access to a consultant community.

Partner with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to embed security into products and AWS cloud architecture. Conduct application security assessments, code reviews, threat modeling, penetration tests, red-team exercises, and vulnerability remediation. Assess AI and agentic AI capabilities, investigate security findings and customer concerns, support incident response, monitor threat intelligence, and automate security processes. Occasional on-call participation may be required.

Manage commercial performance across a digital portfolio: analyze data, set long-term strategies, optimize budgets and monetization models, run market/competitor research, collaborate cross-functionally, build processes, lead client-focused meetings, and use Looker and AI/ML tools to monitor and improve ROI and gross profit outcomes.

Designs, builds, administers, and supports cloud data architectures, databases, schemas, metadata repositories, ETL processes, and analytic models. Leads data quality, governance, troubleshooting, testing, automation, reporting, dashboards, and infrastructure design. Collaborates with Agile teams to translate business requirements into technical capabilities and supports decision-making for Audit and business management. The role is full-time onsite at an eligible Federal Reserve location and requires extensive security screening.

Own the full sales cycle for high-value small-business customers, including inbound and outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, lead qualification, objection handling, deal closing, and onboarding routing. Build and refine scalable outbound and sales processes, use AI tools to improve productivity, identify customer trends, and provide structured feedback to product teams.
