We are seeking a driven, sales-minded Account Executive to qualify, develop, and close new opportunities within our high-growth sales verticals. Hireology is a 15-year market leader in HR technology, trusted by thousands of businesses to help them hire and build outstanding teams.
We're growing fast, our sales verticals are growing, and we have a defined territory ready for someone to own and dominate. This isn't a role where you inherit a warm book of business and cost; this is a full-cycle hunting role where your pipeline is what you build it to be.
What You'll Own
You're not here to manage relationships. You're here to create them, close them, and move on to the next one. Your day-to-day looks like:
  • Owning the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to a signed contract. No handing off deals halfway through.
  • Building and protecting your pipeline with enough coverage to consistently exceed quota, not just hit it.
  • Hunting new business within a defined territory using strategic outreach, trade shows, conferences, and every channel at your disposal.
  • Delivering sharp, compelling demos, web, and in-person that make the value of Hireology impossible to ignore.
  • Negotiating deals on contract terms and pricing that close fast and hold up.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, owning every stage of a deal
  • Healthcare SaaS experience is a strong advantage
  • Salesforce proficiency preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent track record of results

Compensation:
  • Base salary- $90,000
  • OTE- $144,000 (Uncapped Commission)
