The Major Account Executive will prospect, qualify, develop, and close new B2B SaaS opportunities within an automotive-focused territory. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building pipeline, meeting sales quotas, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and representing Hireology at trade shows and conferences. The role requires strong communication, motivation, and metrics-driven performance.

Leads healthcare partnership and business development strategy, generating qualified sales pipeline through operator relationships, associations, vendors, investors, channel partners, referrals, integrations, and co-marketing. Negotiates deals, manages partner relationships, represents the company at industry events, gathers market intelligence, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.

Build and grow trusted customer partnerships, advise customers on optimizing the Hireology platform, analyze usage data, improve adoption, support retention and revenue growth, resolve challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally on product improvements and cancellation-risk reduction.
