Hireology Offices

Own lifecycle marketing programs that drive customer adoption, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy. Analyze product usage and customer health data, develop educational content and campaigns, partner with Customer Success on renewals and expansion plays, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support customer events, and communicate during high-severity issues. Success is measured primarily by net revenue retention and related adoption, churn, renewal, and expansion metrics.

Drive full sales cycle within a defined territory: research and qualify leads, build pipeline, demo product, negotiate contracts, and close new B2B clients to meet and exceed quotas. Represent Hireology at trade shows and collaborate cross-functionally to execute sales strategy and grow revenue.

Support day-to-day office operations by maintaining cleanliness and supplies, managing kitchen and pantry, coordinating food orders and vendors, handling mail and basic administrative tasks, and assisting with office projects to ensure a welcoming, organized workplace.
