The Opportunity
The Digital & Print Solutions (D&PS) Output Management Specialist supports MetLife's enterprise print, graphic communications, and digital storefront environments by providing system, workflow, reporting, and customer service expertise. This role serves as a key liaison between internal production teams, customers, customer service representatives, and external vendors to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant delivery of print and digital output services. The position plays a critical role in training, reporting, customer consultation, transition support, and ongoing system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Storefront (DSF) & System Support
- Provide end-to-end DSF support (Graphic Communications/EPS), including:
- Catalog creation and ongoing catalog maintenance (MDSF)
- DSF enhancements and system improvements (MDSF)
- Job closings and system accuracy validation (ePACE)
- Deliver DSF and D&PS system training, including ePace and DSF, to internal teams and customers
- Provide functional support to the entire D&PS team related to DSF and ePace workflows
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce and manage reporting from DSF and ePace systems, including:
- Production and job status reporting
- New customer and current user activity
- Audit and compliance reporting
- Ad-hoc and custom system reports as requested
- Support operational reviews, audits, and data validation through accurate and timely reporting
- Digital Storefront (DSF) & System Support.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital print workflows, output management, and production environments.
- Experience with Digital Storefront (DSF), ePace, or similar job submission and production systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and support audits.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working across technical, production, and customer-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with prepress, digital storefront and fulfillment workflow.
- Customer Service support.
- Print knowledge.
The expected salary range for this position is 41 ,600 - 58,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
