This role is responsible for establishing and sustaining a data quality program that ensures ESG financial reporting data and calculations are complete, accurate, consistent, and audit-ready across regulated and voluntary disclosures.
The position defines data quality standards and review routines; implements scalable checks (including responsible use of AI/automation); and leads remediation of data issues by partnering with source owners and process stakeholders. The role also establishes governance artifacts (definitions, data lineage, issue management, and performance metrics) to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
The position partners closely with Global Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Internal Audit, and external assurance providers to embed data quality controls into end-to-end workflows and enabling platforms (e.g., Watershed and Workiva), support control design and testing, and ensure controlled handoffs with clear ownership and evidence requirements
