monday.com is looking for a Business Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations and Analytics group. We are aiming for a stellar analyst who is passionate about analyzing various Performance Marketing activities in multiple verticals, and to serve as a bridge between the Data and the User Acquisition team. monday.com’s marketing department manages a yearly budget of over $150M, in a B2B and B2C approach, leveraging both product and sales for generating revenue and scale while maintaining efficiency.
As a Business Marketing Analyst for the Performance Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in the company. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again.
About the Role:
Partner with the User Acquisition team to steer million-dollar budgets through data-driven insights.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing campaigns, focusing on performance, scalability, and bottom-line business impact.
Design and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to quantify marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Support Geo-testing and incrementality analysis in close collaboration with the Data Science team
Build and maintain automated, scalable dashboards in Tableau and Looker to democratize data access.
Proactively identify strategic opportunities to scale dedicated marketing channels and optimize spend.
Act as a bridge between Product Marketing, Campaign Managers, BI, Data Science, and Senior Leadership to align on growth goals.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an analytic role at a SaaS or technology company (Marketing related experience - advantage).
Advanced SQL skills are a must.
Experience operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
Demonstrated ability to perform end-to-end analyses - from the hypothesis, through research and finally creating the desired output.
Hands-on experience building measurement frameworks (e.g., CAC/LTV, ROAS, Attribution models).
Proficiency in Tableau or Looker.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
