About monday.com

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About the team

As a member of the Growth group, you will be responsible for finding and crafting growth opportunities for monday.com. By developing features end-to-end for clients and servers, you will help to constantly improve core metrics of the company such as Activation, Engagement, Monetization and more. You'll be finding opportunities using data and growth methodologies including running experiments on extensive areas of our product.

The First Purchase team owns the moment new users become paying customers - one of the highest-leverage points in the entire funnel. New users get credits to experience monday.com's AI capabilities firsthand through a consumption-based trial, not just a time-limited one. A core part of the team's mission is helping these users understand what their credits are, how to use them, what kind of AI capabilities monday.com offers and the value it can bring to their daily work - turning that first hands-on experience into a paid conversion.
