monday.com Employee Perspectives

Which metric or milestone best captures strength this year — and why is it credible?

A milestone that defines our trajectory is the 45 percent year-over-year increase in 2025 of customers with more than $100,000 in ARR. In a year where enterprise budgets have been under scrutiny, this growth is a powerful vote of confidence from complex, global brands, with customers over $500,000 in ARR growing even faster at 74 percent YoY in 2025.

This proves that monday.com is being integrated into the core infrastructure of the world's largest organizations and successfully moving upmarket. When a Fortune 500 company expands their seat count by the thousands, it's a credible signal that our platform has solidified its position as business-critical to enterprises across the globe.

Where are you strongest competitively — and what proof backs that?

Our competitive edge is that AI is embedded into the core of our platform, rather than being a 'bolt-on' feature. We empower teams to build their own custom, AI-powered solutions in minutes through tools like monday vibe, which has become the fastest product in our history to surpass $1 million in ARR. Our goal is for every employee to have their work powered by intelligence that plans, decides and runs alongside them.

The proof of this 'democratized AI' is in our metrics: newer products like monday CRM and monday service continue to gain significant traction. With monday vibe and our AI work capabilities, we are proving that we can spin up new revenue streams quickly and meet the complex, evolving needs of enterprise customers.

What expansion bet excites you — and which leading indicator will you watch?

I am most excited about our bet on autonomous AI agents and orchestration, which has evolved monday.com from a platform that manages work to one that does the work for you. We are building a unified platform where AI agents can independently reason, act and execute across workflows.

The leading indicator I'm watching is the adoption and action volume within our new AI layers — already, monday blocks have powered over 77 million actions and sidekick has processed over 500,000 user messages, as of December 2025. When we see non-technical teams in HR or Legal solving complex problems in minutes that used to require a six-month IT roadmap, we know we've successfully shifted from being a tool they use, to serving as the foundation of their execution.
