Perform new-business processing for MetLife group accounts: retrieve and review sold-case and submission documents, update group/class structure, order dental cards (if PPO), generate policies/certificates, reconcile first-bill audits, initiate MetLink access, and complete WorkDesk/Bizflow workflows using internal systems and templates.

  • Review all downstream applications for accuracy.
  • Send emails via email templates.

  • Process First Bill audit and reconcile billing system if required
