- 1. The incumbent shall be required to work on organization level key reporting & data requirements, work closely with leadership team / senior management and share data insights & recommendations
- Minimum 8 - 10 years post completing graduation in service industry (ITES) in which minimum 4 years' experience in Data MIS & Reporting
• Flexibility w.r.t working hours in order to cater to urgent business requirements, whenever required
• Knowledge of Reporting fundamentals
• Strength to be able to work with multiple data points from multiple sources together in one go
• Individual contributor - self driven and strong zeal
• Good relationship management & communication to be able to discuss critical facts & figures with senior leaders
• Ability to effectively manage research/resolution/follow-ups for closure of open items
• Effectively plan, prioritize and execute, ability to foresee and respond pro-actively
• Strong problem solving ability, high energy and resilience level
• Ability to coordinate & liaison with various support functions / departments
• Ability to lead and work in a cross-cultural environment
• Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
2. Responsible for publishing Power BI dashboard
3. As a need-based special assignment - this resource may be called upon to analyze business performance & metrics for management
4. Resource would also be required to work on site level initiatives or assignments as in when required
5. Prepare leadership presentations and report-outs
6. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy & consistency in reporting at multiple platforms
