Owns US sales engineering for banking technology solutions as a hands-on individual contributor. Support design, execution, and communication of total rewards programs. Create communication toolkits, translate compensation and benefits frameworks, run benchmarking and analytics, gather feedback, support change management and salary benchmarking, maintain research repository, and identify equity gaps with recommendations.

Serve as HR business partner for an engineering business unit: execute HR programs, coach leaders, administer performance and rewards, analyze employee data, resolve complex employee issues, and partner with COEs to improve structure, retention, and employee experience.

Lead go-to-market efforts to build a pipeline and close deals with sponsor banks, program managers, fintechs, and processors. Own prospecting, senior relationships, opportunity qualification, deal execution, presales coordination, contracting support, onboarding handoffs, CRM hygiene, and market feedback to drive multi-million-dollar ARR wins.

Lead HR technology transformation and administer HR systems. Own implementations, integrations, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, vendor governance, and user adoption. Drive process automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

The SDET will develop test plans, automate testing, analyze results, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The Project Manager II oversees communication, change management, downtime governance, and reporting while coordinating between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
