- Help set up and improve HR processes
- Track team goals and keep project updates organized
- Review policies and suggest ways to make them clearer
- Conduct external benchmarking to bring in relevant industry practices.

- Good at organizing, communicating, and working with different people.
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Sheets, Docs, and basic project trackers.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
