Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the data platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics.
- Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and foster collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive use case scenarios that demonstrate the platform’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging data lake technologies and advanced tools.
- Drive product adoption by crafting compelling sales narratives and marketing strategies.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on analytical insights to achieve continuous improvement.

Skills
- Prior experience working with ETL tools or modern data platforms (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Databricks, Prophecy, Hevo , Qubole ).
- Good understanding of SQL, BI, Data Visualization and analytics use cases.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and making data-informed decisions.
- Prior experience building B2B SaaS products
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of experience in product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with data integration, APIs, connectors, and streaming/real-time data pipelines.
- Experience working with databases and/or data warehouses, security, and catalogs.
- Experience building user-facing products for Data Analysts, Scientists, and/or Engineers.
- Prior Banking or Fintech domain experience
- Proven track record in product management, ideally within the fintech industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets effectively.
- Experience working with data platforms and tools, including expertise in data lake technologies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, enabling you to sell ideas and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of the fintech industry and the role of data platforms in driving financial innovation.
