Leads complex defense projects across software, mechanical, and electronics teams. Manages Agile and Scrum delivery, end-to-end product development lifecycles, requirements, resource identification, project planning, reporting, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and compliance in a highly technical environment. Reports to the R&D Head and CTO.

Develops international business opportunities for defense products, with emphasis on counter-drone and high-tech systems. Promotes products to foreign governments, defense organizations, embassies, and strategic partners; negotiates partnerships and high-value contracts; gathers competitive intelligence; represents the company at global defense events; coordinates foreign delegations; manages international representatives; and drives end-to-end export operations and regulatory compliance.

Designs and develops embedded hardware with microcontrollers, processors, analog and digital circuits, power supplies, and communication interfaces. Supports schematic capture, PCB design, component selection, BOM preparation, prototyping, board bring-up, debugging, and validation. Performs hardware testing using laboratory equipment and coordinates hardware-software integration with firmware, mechanical, production, and testing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Develop firmware for 8-, 16-, and 32-bit microcontrollers while supporting analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, communication interfaces, hardware validation, debugging, and product development. The role requires work with wired and wireless protocols, independent project ownership, engineering and production processes, and the product development lifecycle. Candidates should collaborate effectively, communicate well, and hold an electronics or telecommunications engineering qualification.

Manage technical documentation, project reports, presentations, document control, vendor coordination, and follow-ups. The role ensures project activities are coordinated and completed on schedule while supporting technical teams working on engineering projects. Experience with optics, photonics, lasers, or electro-optical systems is preferred.

Supports product engineering and manufacturing by converting product ideas into manufacturing plans, creating work instructions, sourcing materials, overseeing on-site production, troubleshooting issues, documenting activities, and conducting quality checks. The role collaborates with designers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure specifications are met while improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and maintaining quality standards.

Maintain accurate CRM records, lead and case data, calendars, meeting notes, documents, tracking IDs, dashboards, and archives for the Business Development team. Support case status retrieval, pipeline and aging tracking, document organization, and daily administrative and data needs for management. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and proficiency with Excel and CRM/database tools.

Manage mechanical procurement against project drawings and work orders across production, R&D, and other departments. Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate discounts and cost savings, ensure timely low-cost delivery, manage open purchase orders, investigate receiving issues, and identify products, practices, and services that reduce operational costs.

Ensures civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards. Develops project quality plans, inspection and test plans, method statements, and checklists; reviews material submittals; coordinates testing; conducts stage inspections; manages non-conformance reports and corrective actions; performs root cause analysis; and coordinates with construction, procurement, planning, safety teams, clients, consultants, and inspectors. Travel to customer locations throughout India is mandatory.

Develop and optimize multiplayer gameplay features in Unreal Engine using C++ or C#. Build gameplay mechanics, integrate 3D assets, animations, and VFX, debug technical issues, and apply programming, mathematics, data structures, and algorithms. Collaborate with artists and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment while contributing to immersive and performant game systems.

Coordinates calendars, meetings, correspondence, agendas, minutes, action items, stakeholder requests, and meeting logistics for senior leadership and the Business Development team. Maintains trackers, monitors availability, proactively flags conflicts and bottlenecks, and handles sensitive information with discretion. The role requires strong organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office, calendar, and CRM tools.

Manage the complete end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing documents, submitting bids, and conducting follow-up. Review tender terms for compliance, coordinate inputs from Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical teams, and maintain tender trackers and reports. Monitor government and private e-procurement portals, improve tender processes, ensure accurate and timely submissions, and support management with market insights, competitor analysis, and bid-winning strategies.

Owns the business development team’s proposal compliance and documentation process. Drafts, reviews, compiles, and submits RFP, RFI, and EOI responses; analyzes tender requirements; creates compliance matrices; coordinates technical, finance, and legal inputs; maintains proposal templates and archives; proofreads submissions; tracks deadlines; and ensures proposal records are accurately logged in the CRM.
