Supports product engineering and manufacturing by converting product ideas into manufacturing plans, creating work instructions, sourcing materials, overseeing on-site production, troubleshooting issues, documenting activities, and conducting quality checks. Builds relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, DRDO, primes, and integrators. Coordinates with engineering, product, finance, legal, and program teams while providing market intelligence and aligning product capabilities with customer needs.

Leads production planning and control, including master production schedules, capacity and manpower planning, inventory and material availability, bottleneck resolution, variance analysis, and schedule adherence. Optimizes lead times, routings, BOM accuracy, and ERP/MRP usage while coordinating with stores and management. Generates performance dashboards, improves PPC processes, and mentors junior planning engineers.

The role requires defense contract experience, strong EW technical knowledge, and familiarity with defense standards, procurement, offsets, and export licensing.

Manage mechanical procurement against project drawings and work orders across production, R&D, and other departments. Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate discounts and cost savings, ensure timely low-cost delivery, manage open purchase orders, investigate receiving issues, and identify products, practices, and services that reduce operational costs.

Ensures civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards. Develops project quality plans, inspection and test plans, method statements, and checklists; reviews material submittals; coordinates testing; conducts stage inspections; manages non-conformance reports and corrective actions; performs root cause analysis; and coordinates with construction, procurement, planning, safety teams, clients, consultants, and inspectors. Travel to customer locations throughout India is mandatory.

Develop and optimize multiplayer gameplay features in Unreal Engine using C++ or C#. Build gameplay mechanics, integrate 3D assets, animations, and VFX, debug technical issues, and apply programming, mathematics, data structures, and algorithms. Collaborate with artists and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment while contributing to immersive and performant game systems.

Coordinates calendars, meetings, correspondence, agendas, minutes, action items, stakeholder requests, and meeting logistics for senior leadership and the Business Development team. Review tender terms for compliance, coordinate inputs from Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical teams, and maintain tender trackers and reports. Monitor government and private e-procurement portals, improve tender processes, ensure accurate and timely submissions, and support management with market insights, competitor analysis, and bid-winning strategies.

Administers company IT infrastructure, including user management, LAN/WAN networks, network segments, internet and intranet mail systems. Installs and upgrades software, configures servers and desktop systems, applies security updates, supports Windows and Linux environments, and manages SVN server backups. Requires experience with DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Microsoft mail systems, Windows Server, and desktop operating systems, plus CCNA or MCSA certification.

Owns the business development team’s proposal compliance and documentation process. Drafts, reviews, compiles, and submits RFP, RFI, and EOI responses; analyzes tender requirements; creates compliance matrices; coordinates technical, finance, and legal inputs; maintains proposal templates and archives; proofreads submissions; tracks deadlines; and ensures proposal records are accurately logged in the CRM.
