Manage end-to-end legal and regulatory compliance for an NBFC’s lending and operational activities. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing lending documents, borrower and property due diligence, transaction structuring, RBI and NBFC regulatory compliance, statutory filings, litigation and recovery management, and coordination with internal teams, regulators, clients, and external counsel. The role also supports credit decisions, monitors compliance timelines, and recommends risk mitigation strategies.

The Senior Manager of Legal will advise management on corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and compliance matters; draft and negotiate contracts; oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution; lead legal due diligence and transactions; manage regulatory interactions; develop legal risk and governance frameworks; and support legal operations. The role also leads legal transformation initiatives, manages external counsel, mentors the legal team, and provides strategic guidance across business functions.

Supports treasury, investment, banking, and finance operations, including transaction processing, cash-flow monitoring, reconciliations, banking facilities, regulatory reporting, KYC coordination, MIS preparation, and financial data analysis. The role maintains investment and banking records, ensures compliance with policies and statutory requirements, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists senior finance managers with process improvements.

Provides legal administration and litigation support, including maintaining case records, tracking hearings and deadlines, drafting and managing contracts, supporting estate and registration matters, monitoring regulatory compliance, preparing reports, and coordinating with external counsel, authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders. The role also supports legal process improvement, digitization, records management, and compliance training.

Conduct bottom-up equity research, develop investment theses, build financial models, evaluate mutual funds and AIFs, monitor portfolios and market developments, perform primary research, and present investment recommendations to the investment team and Board.

Drive MSME lending sales by acquiring customers, managing lending partners and channel associates, and closing secured business loans. Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through documentation, underwriting coordination, and disbursement. Build customer and partner relationships, achieve sales targets, identify cross-sell opportunities, analyze market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strong customer service.

Prepare residential plotted development layouts, subdivision plans, building plans, infrastructure drawings, contour and grading plans, sections, elevations, and statutory submission drawings. Convert KML/KMZ files using survey data, interpret topographical information, coordinate with architects, surveyors, and engineers, and ensure compliance with Goa and Maharashtra town planning regulations, DCR norms, zoning, setbacks, and approval requirements. Maintain accurate drawing revisions and documentation.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a 24/7 hospital, including recruitment, onboarding, rosters, attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, grievances, retention, training, employee engagement, facility support, discipline, documentation, and HR reporting.
