Leads hospital accounting and finance operations, including financial close, reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, revenue-cycle oversight, collections, vendor payments, and procurement accounting. Supervises Accounts, Finance, and Billing teams while monitoring hospital revenue, receivables, payables, profitability, and operational controls. Provides financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and drives process improvements, compliance, and corrective actions.

The Senior Manager of Legal will advise management on corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and compliance matters; draft and negotiate contracts; oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution; lead legal due diligence and transactions; manage regulatory interactions; develop legal risk and governance frameworks; and support legal operations. The role also leads legal transformation initiatives, manages external counsel, mentors the legal team, and provides strategic guidance across business functions.

Supports treasury, investment, banking, and finance operations, including transaction processing, cash-flow monitoring, reconciliations, banking facilities, regulatory reporting, KYC coordination, MIS preparation, and financial data analysis. The role maintains investment and banking records, ensures compliance with policies and statutory requirements, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists senior finance managers with process improvements.
