he Executive – Finance will support treasury, investments, banking, regulatory compliance.  The role involves execution of day-to-day finance operations, treasury, and investment operations, as well as assisting in processes pertaining reporting to regulatory authorities.  The role requires accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational control, assisting senior finance managers, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

1.   Investment & Treasury Operations 

  • Assist in executing investments in line with approved internal policies and delegated authorities. 
  • Process and maintain documentation for banking and investment transactions, including market instruments, fund investments, equity trades, and foreign exchange transactions. 
  • Monitor and manage cash flows, maintain optimum bank balances, and track investment maturities for timely redeployment. 
  • Support management of ODI/OPI transactions. 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

2.   Banking & Facility Management 

  • Assist in the renewal, assessment, and documentation of funded and non-funded banking limits. 
  • Monitor banking facilities, collateral and securities provided to banks. 
  • Ensure compliance with bank covenants and timely submission of required information. 
  • Assisting in all regulatory reporting's including RBI and other statutory filings as applicable. 
  • Manage and coordinate KYC processes with banks, financial institutions, brokers, fund houses, and other counterparties. 

 

3.   MIS & Reporting 

  • Prepare and maintain MIS for corporate entities, including investments. 
  • Ensure timely sharing of reports and reconciliations with stakeholder departments. 
  • Assist in analysis and presentation of financial and operational data for management review. 

4.   Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Work closely with investment team, accounting, taxation, audit, and other internal teams to ensure smooth finance operations. 
  • Maintain records and trackers for investments, trades, and operational activities. 
  • Support process improvements and adherence to internal SOPs. 


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Financial Services, or related field. MBA (Finance)/MFS will be preferred. 
  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, treasury, investment operations, or accounting. 
  • Familiarity with banking transactions and mutual fund investments operations is an advantage. 
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite/SAP) will be preferred. 

Key Skills & Competencies 

  • Good understanding of finance operations, investments, and banking procedures 
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Regulatory compliance (RBI/FEMA knowledge preferred) 
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools 
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination 

 



Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Financial Services, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, treasury, investment operations, or accounting
  • MBA in Finance or Master of Financial Services
  • Familiarity with banking transactions and mutual fund investment operations
  • Exposure to Oracle NetSuite or SAP ERP systems
  • Knowledge of RBI and FEMA regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
