Provides technical support for desktop computers, software, peripherals, printers, classroom technology, and related IT services. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, installs and configures systems, supports upgrades, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and assists with hardware and software procurement. The role also advises and trains users, maintains system interoperability, and ensures timely resolution of client technology problems.

Coordinates patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, and administrative workflows within a cardiology clinic. Leads and mentors administrative staff, resolves escalated patient and insurance issues, facilitates communication among patients, providers, and insurers, maintains records and reports, and supports clinic leadership while ensuring compliance with policies and payer requirements.

Occasional Saturday shift required.

A bachelor’s degree and knowledge of human resource management principles and practices are required.

Coordinates day-to-day operations for complex graduate medical education programs. Supports recruitment, onboarding, licensing, credentialing, accreditation, board eligibility, conferences, wellness activities, orientations, and program events. Maintains trainee, faculty, evaluation, scheduling, duty-hour, policy, agreement, and accreditation records. Assists program leadership, verifies training documentation, protects confidential information, and develops familiarity with GME systems and ACGME, institutional, and Texas Medical Board requirements.

Provide specialized outpatient nursing care for immunocompromised hematology and stem cell transplant patients, administering cellular therapies, high-dose chemotherapy, blood products, and growth factors. Perform assessments, triage calls, coordinate admissions and follow-ups, educate patients and families, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care and clinic flow.

Provide individualized oncology navigation by assessing and removing barriers to care, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resources, facilitating tumor boards, supporting diagnostic and treatment decision-making, managing discharge and utilization, tracking outcomes and quality metrics, educating staff and patients, and advocating for patients throughout their care.

Operates and maintains X-ray equipment, performs diagnostic radiographic examinations, and applies radiation-protection practices. Prepares, transfers, positions, and instructs patients across age groups; administers oral or intravenous contrast agents as needed. Selects imaging parameters, evaluates image quality, performs quality assurance, contacts equipment service providers, maintains exam-room cleanliness, and stocks supplies. Works under direct supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Leads the President’s Office and serves as Chief of Staff, overseeing presidential initiatives, executive communications, special events, administrative operations, enterprise risk management, reporting, and cross-functional Cabinet coordination.
