Manages laboratory or department programs spanning revenue cycle operations, research development, staffing, budgeting, contracts, compliance, coding, billing, and marketing. Coordinates research and support staff, establishes procedures, monitors schedules and project budgets, supports charge capture and denials management, and collaborates with physicians, leadership, compliance, and other departments to improve revenue performance and achieve institutional goals.

Coordinates patient appointments, check-in and check-out, insurance benefit verification, authorizations, referrals, copay collection, financial counseling, and telephone triage. Serves as an insurance resource for clinic staff, manages physician schedules, handles patient calls, and provides customer service while maintaining accurate patient and insurance information.

Assists with financial analytics, forecasting, modeling, budgeting, statistical analysis, and reporting for assigned divisions. Collects and verifies financial data, reviews budget proposals, maintains financial and productivity models, supports budget managers, and prepares reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership and financial planning.
