Provides technical support for desktop computers, software, peripherals, printers, classroom technology, and related IT services. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, installs and configures systems, supports upgrades, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and assists with hardware and software procurement. The role also advises and trains users, maintains system interoperability, and ensures timely resolution of client technology problems.

Coordinates patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, and administrative workflows within a cardiology clinic. Leads and mentors administrative staff, resolves escalated patient and insurance issues, facilitates communication among patients, providers, and insurers, maintains records and reports, and supports clinic leadership while ensuring compliance with policies and payer requirements.

Reviews inpatient medical records to ensure documentation accurately reflects diagnoses, treatment, severity of illness, mortality risk, DRG assignment, and quality outcomes. Initiates compliant provider queries, performs follow-up reviews, supports clinical validation for denials and appeals, tracks quality measures, analyzes reports, assists with provider education, mentors new specialists, and supports unbilled account goals while maintaining confidentiality.
