Leads a multi-country HR technology transformation programme, including HRIS/HCM implementations, integrations, data migration, vendor management, operational readiness, service transition, go-live, governance, and change adoption. The role owns programme scope, budget, timelines, risks, resources, compliance, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realisation across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and market leadership teams.

Supports enterprise-wide change management and culture initiatives across an international healthcare organization. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, adoption planning, culture workshops, employee engagement, communications, leadership enablement, training, feedback analysis, change metrics, governance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with business leaders, HR, Communications, and project teams to embed organizational values, strengthen engagement, and deliver sustainable transformation.

Own recurring financial and operational reporting, support closing, forecasting, and budgeting, and develop KPI dashboards and performance analyses. Build scalable Power BI, data-management, and automation solutions; harmonize Finance, HR, and Operations data; investigate quality issues; and improve reporting governance and processes. Provide ad hoc analyses, business-case support, and actionable insights while reducing manual work and enabling finance transformation.

Maintains general ledger records, posts journal entries, performs account reconciliations and variance analyses, and supports monthly and year-end close activities. Assists with IFRS-compliant financial statements and audit requests while collaborating with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax teams. The role requires accurate, timely work, ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and effective communication in an international finance environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of sales planning and execution initiatives across markets. Translate global commercial priorities into structured project plans, manage governance, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Drive adoption with country teams, build repeatable PM tools and templates, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Lead cross-border M&A and commercial transactions, draft and negotiate complex international contracts (IT, procurement, pharmaceutical/life sciences), provide pragmatic legal advice to stakeholders, support procurement initiatives, improve contract templates and governance, and manage post-closing integration and contract lifecycle management across functions.

Lead enterprise data platform strategy and build scalable data engineering and data product capabilities across operations, finance, sales and HR. Deliver trusted operational reporting, self-service analytics, reusable data products, and foundations for intelligent automation while ensuring governance, compliance, and multi-country integration.

Responsible for managing and improving end-user services, overseeing technology operations, and implementing technical solutions related to Microsoft environments. Requires leadership skills and strong technical expertise in endpoint management and service delivery.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional, multi-country transformation initiatives within the Transformation PMO, ensuring governance, risk management, executive reporting, benefits realization, stakeholder alignment, and support for the Head of Transformation to deliver program-wide outcomes.

Manage order-to-cash activities including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations. Prepare AR month-end entries, analyze ageing, support reporting, enforce controls, liaise with commercial teams, and assist audits.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System for assigned radiology laboratories, ensuring ISO and regulatory compliance. Drive process harmonisation, KPIs, training, and continuous improvement while liaising with regulatory bodies and supporting operational and medical leadership on quality governance.

Lead a five-person FP&A team, drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, perform variance and cashflow analyses, advise senior leadership with business cases and strategic projects, improve financial data quality and governance, and partner with country leadership on performance and decision support.

Lead global network and communications strategy, architecture and operations. Drive cloud networking, SD-WAN, Zero Trust and automation initiatives. Manage global teams, vendors and SLAs to ensure resilient, secure connectivity across data centers and cloud, and oversee incident management, governance and business continuity.

Manage and optimize the AFAS Profit environment, configure workflows/authorizations/alerts, support HRM, payroll, finance and projects modules, translate business requirements into AFAS solutions, resolve incidents, test changes/releases, create manuals and train users, and collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors.
