Unilabs, a leading provider of diagnostic services, is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. As an innovative and customer-focused company, we are committed to delivering the highest quality diagnostic services to our clients.

As the Nordics Project Portfolio Manager, you will work with project managers to plan project schedules, budgets, and goals. Collaborate with executive management (ULX and CLTs) to help achieve an organization’s goals and come up with new strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinates efforts across projects
  • Plays an important role at Nordics cluster level to support both CLT and global initiative leaders
  • PPM to feed back to market CLT and provide initiative
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in project portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practice and tools
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required
