In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutover plans, coordinating data migration activities, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during the transition. You will also be involved in testing and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness in the new systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing healthcare company and play a key role in driving finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Planning, management and execution of the deployment activities to deliver a smooth transition to the new system/ applications
- Collaboration with the project manager, change, functional and technical teams to establish overall quality and implementation readiness
- Development of approach for handling legacy systems, release and deployment strategy, deployment planning and execution (mock, dress rehearsal and final production), data migration planning, execution and defining business start up operations
- Ensuring cutoffs, blackout periods are undersatood and, where needed, impact on 3rd parties is understood and can be communiacted.
- Experience of running complex multi functional cutover activities
- Good communicator particularly with business stakeholders
- Strong planning and documentation skills
- Strong business understanding
- Fluency in English
