We are currently seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing the performance, reliability, and functionality of our software applications and systems. You will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop test plans, and execute test cases. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects will be crucial in ensuring the high quality of our software solutions.

Responsibilities

    • Contribute and QA definition and creation of Test Scripts working with process teams, creating and maintaining Test Repositories.
    • Plan, track and report Testing Progress on all test phases requiring Unilabs input.
    • Support process teams with testing during Functional Test and SIT.
    • Create and organise Test Schedules, Testing Governance, Defect Reviews and Progress Calls.
    • Provide support during UAT.
    • Support and manage Defect Lifecycle, from documenting defects to retesting fixes.
    • Plan regression tests to be undertaken, checked by live country superusers.
Requirements
  • Experience of operating in testing phases of system deployment, including defect lifecycle.
  • D365 FO experience.
  • Ticketing system experience, ideally Azure DevOps.
  • Analytical and structured.
  • Basic planning capability.
  • Strong ability to engage and support business superusers and key users during testing.
  • Ability to compile and report on information, providing narrative on reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English
