Own end-to-end logistics, warehousing, installations, and dispatch operations for India and international markets. Ensure Order-to-delivery SLA adherence, translate sales forecasts into stock plans, optimize logistics and warehousing costs, and build scalable processes and data systems while managing teams and vendors.

Manage end-to-end outbound operations including order processing, dispatch planning, warehouse coordination, courier and freight forwarder collaboration, shipment tracking, exception handling, and international export support while maintaining SLAs and operational dashboards.

Onboard and drive adoption of Teachmint's SaaS platform for partner institutions, ensure retention and renewals, forecast renewal/upsell metrics, coordinate with product and tech to resolve issues, conduct user training, provide timely technical support, identify upsell opportunities, and assist with administrative and operational tasks.

Manage scheduling and partner allocation for Teachmint's interactive panel installations. Coordinate with customers and service partners, monitor SLAs, handle escalations, onboard and manage partners, track installation metrics and dashboards, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting; build dashboards and MIS; monitor incentives, budgets, customer balances, inventory valuations; establish controls to ensure accurate financial tracking and spend management.
