Paid six-month internship assisting with the development, maintenance, debugging, and optimization of responsive full-stack web applications. Responsibilities include writing documented code, collaborating on UI/UX implementation, working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and monitoring systems, integrating third-party or AI/LLM APIs, participating in code reviews, and learning modern development practices.

The role involves solution-based selling of classroom hardware and technology, partner training, customer presentations, negotiations, market analysis, CRM reporting, and frequent travel to schools, partners, customer sites, and industry events.

Drive regional business growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners. Develop sales strategies, generate leads, support product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets for education hardware and classroom technology solutions. Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and partners while coordinating training, sales execution, reporting, and market analysis. The role is remote with frequent travel to customer sites, partner meetings, and events.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex Android features, drive architecture and CI/CD decisions, optimize performance and memory, collaborate cross-functionally, enforce code quality, mentor junior engineers, and maintain testing and documentation standards.

Lead end-to-end accounting and financial operations including month/quarter/year close, consolidated Ind AS financial statements, SaaS revenue recognition and hardware inventory accounting. Manage AR/AP, treasury and forex, statutory tax and regulatory compliance, audits, and cross-border finance operations. Partner with FP&A, drive finance automation, and mentor a high-performing finance team to scale global finance processes.

Drive regional business growth by building and managing channel partner networks, onboarding and training partners, coordinating sales and demos, identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, presenting product demos and proposals, and meeting revenue targets through partner and direct sales of hardware and classroom technology.

Manage scheduling and partner allocation for Teachmint's interactive panel installations. Coordinate with customers and service partners, monitor SLAs, handle escalations, onboard and manage partners, track installation metrics and dashboards, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting; build dashboards and MIS; monitor incentives, budgets, customer balances, inventory valuations; establish controls to ensure accurate financial tracking and spend management.

Lead corporate CSR fundraising and partnerships to fund and deploy Teachmint X smart boards in government and budget schools. Generate pipeline, pitch CXOs and CSR Heads, secure approvals with government and NGOs, manage end-to-end deployment including installations and teacher training, and ensure compliance with national CSR regulations and corporate audit standards.
