Paid six-month internship assisting with the development, maintenance, debugging, and optimization of responsive full-stack web applications. Responsibilities include writing documented code, collaborating on UI/UX implementation, working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and monitoring systems, integrating third-party or AI/LLM APIs, participating in code reviews, and learning modern development practices.

Assist customers through email, chat, and phone; log issues in CRM systems; troubleshoot common product problems; collaborate with Product, Tech, and Sales teams; update knowledge bases and FAQs; monitor recurring feedback; and support operational improvements.

Manage regional operations in Dubai, including import shipments through Jebel Ali, customs clearance, order fulfillment, inventory and warehouse management, vendor and service partner coordination, product compliance, and entity administration. Develop SOPs, maintain operational reporting, improve processes and costs, enforce partner SLAs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support market launches and Middle East business growth.
