Position Overview
We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Manager/ Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and revenue recognition. In this role, you will manage both SaaS subscription software revenue and hardware supply chains (digital boards/interactive flat panels), working closely with leadership to scale our finance processes globally.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & General Ledger
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Ind AS and global accounting standards.
  • Ensure accurate accounting for SaaS revenue streams (deferred revenue, ARR/MRR tracking) alongside hardware supply chain/inventory accounting.
2. Treasury, Accounts Payable & Receivables
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) function to streamline invoicing, credit control, and collection cycles across enterprise/institutional clients.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), vendor payments, working capital, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Maintain banking relationships, treasury operations, and foreign exchange (Forex) management for international entities.
3. Statutory Compliance, Audit & Tax
  • Direct internal and external audits, ensuring timely statutory audit completions with zero critical control observations.
  • Ensure compliance with direct tax (Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing) and indirect tax regulations (GST, Customs duties for hardware imports/exports).
  • Manage Secretarial, ROC, and FEMA/RBI regulatory compliances for cross-border operations.
4. Financial Planning & Automation
  • Partner with the FP&A team on budget variance analysis, cost optimization, and financial modeling.
  • Drive finance process automation and internal control implementations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is strongly preferred
  • Technical Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS
    • Strong familiarity with subscription revenue accounting models (ASC 606 / Ind AS 115).
    • Hands-on experience with modern finance process automation
  • Soft Skills:
    • High ownership mindset, analytical agility, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing a high-performing finance team.
    • Capability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to executive leadership.
Why Join Us?
  • Work on hardware deployed at scale across more than 10 countries, with a long product roadmap ahead of it
  • Ownership spanning the board, the embedded platform and on-device AI performance — breadth that is rare in hardware roles
  • Edge AI as a genuine engineering problem, where performance is won in the power, thermal and platform design
  • An established international footprint, and the engineering investment to match
  • Collaborative, transparent, and growth-focused team environment
