Provide actuarial support for life insurance and pension portfolios, including data reconciliation, pricing tool development, product profitability monitoring, risk analysis, valuation assumption validation, with-profits bonus declarations, and technical policyholder support. Collaborate with internal departments and external clients while working independently, solving complex problems, and meeting deadlines.

Processes and verifies insurance and loan payments, reconciles credit transactions, confirms bank transfers, validates policy status changes, processes refunds and loans, analyzes premiums, and updates premium and loan records in internal systems.

Gathers and analyzes business requirements, processes, and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Assists with solution design, process re-engineering, reporting dashboards, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives. The role supports technology implementations and decision-making across business and technical teams, particularly within financial services.

Bridges business and technology by translating requirements into technical specifications, user stories, architectures, and scalable solutions. Supports software development, integrations, APIs, QA, troubleshooting, production systems, and complex module delivery. Collaborates with stakeholders, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams while maintaining technical documentation, compliance, security, and development standards. Requires experience across enterprise technologies including .NET, C#, Java, NodeJS, React, BPM platforms, iPaaS, SQL, and Azure DevOps.

Supports insurance underwriting from quote preparation through proposal processing, screens submissions, services agents and brokers, issues renewal terms, handles queries within SLAs, supports cross-selling, and helps retain and grow renewal business. The role requires insurance underwriting experience, strong customer relationship and communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Assists with designing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures; monitors regulatory developments; conducts compliance reviews; maintains sanctions, PEP, and adverse media watchlists; prepares reports for senior management and the Board; supports training, audits, inspections, data protection guidance, and responses to compliance queries.

Monitor networks, systems, and applications for threats; investigate and respond to incidents; maintain security policies; coordinate incident response and audits; deliver security awareness training and collaborate with Legal and auditors.

The Applications Integration Developer designs and implements system integrations, develops data reports, ensures quality testing, and supports stakeholder engagement through documentation.

The Project Management Officer coordinates application development projects, ensuring alignment with SDLC, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication between technical and business stakeholders.

The Compliance Specialist will design and implement compliance policies, conduct compliance reviews, and provide guidance on regulatory matters. They will also assist in compliance projects and report preparation, ensuring adherence to laws and internal policies.

Lead and execute compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Collaborate closely with management and provide training on compliance matters.
