Monitor networks, systems, and applications for threats; investigate and respond to incidents; maintain security policies; coordinate incident response and audits; deliver security awareness training and collaborate with Legal and auditors.

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks, systems, and applications for potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
- Investigate and respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Follow-up on implementation of security recommendations carried out during audits.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Coordinate incident response plans and participate in post-incident reviews to improve organizational resilience
- Develop, implement and follow-up on security awareness training programs for staff.
- Promote security practices across the company as well as specific security training for staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during security assessments and compliance reviews.
- Maintain the organization’s information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Liaise with Legal and Compliance departments on data privacy and regulatory obligations.
- Actively participate in project meetings and team collaborations.
Your skills & expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Network Defender(CND) and CCNA are strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of network security, application security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate complex risks.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or other IT governance standards is a plus but not mandatory
