Duties will include:
- Requirements gathering: Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements and needs.
- Data and information analysis: Analyse processes and conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights as per project requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, assist in the design and implementation of re-engineered processes and in similar initiatives for achieving operational efficiency.
- Solution Design: Assist stakeholders and departments in the design and implementation of technology solutions.
- Reporting: Assist in the design and recommendation of reports and dashboards to track business performance, support decision-making and monitor benefits realisation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Participate in effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business processes and solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Management, IT or any other business-related field.
- A Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma would be a definite advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years work experience either as an Associate Business Analyst or as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Some experiences in projects environment would be a plus.
