Lead operational teams and manage workforce planning, performance, labor relations, disruptions, and corrective actions. Serve as Facility Security Officer, ensuring compliance with the Facility Security Plan, MTSA, and Coast Guard requirements. Direct environmental compliance, sustainability, stormwater monitoring, inspections, recordkeeping, and pollution prevention activities.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, support monthly close and consolidation, post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, produce management accounting reports, analyze variances, assist with audit reports and accounting procedure optimization, communicate with terminal managers, billing, and external parties, and support leadership with financial statement preparation.

Lead stabilization and operational ownership of U.S. Procure-to-Pay processes, driving process standardization, ERP (IFS) adoption, cross-functional issue resolution, metrics monitoring, root-cause analysis, change management, training, and continuous improvement across purchasing, supplier management, receiving, and invoice processing.

Manage dock, terminal, and packaging operations including equipment, personnel, policies, safety compliance, and coordination with customers and service providers to ensure efficient, timely, and safe cargo handling. Supervise and train staff, enforce PPE and safety rules, investigate damages, produce monthly recaps, and optimize resource utilization.

Prepare and file multistate payroll tax returns, process tax payments, reconcile payroll tax accounts to filings and the general ledger, maintain payroll tax system configurations, respond to tax notices and support audits, validate payroll data and W-2s, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure compliance and improve processes.

Oversee occupational health, safety, and environmental performance across assigned sites. Develop and implement safety programs, investigate incidents, track KPIs, conduct audits and training, support regulatory compliance (USCG/CFR), and coordinate emergency and business continuity plans. Travel and on-call responsibilities included.

The Contract Manager oversees commercial agreements and contracts throughout project lifecycles, manages risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and interfaces with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Administer and support NetSuite for Finance and Accounting, assume sole administrator role, document processes, analyze and resolve system issues, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and improve workflows, support other financial systems, and contribute to ERP transition and optimization projects.
