Responsibilities include acquiring SME and enterprise customers, managing channel partners, generating leads, conducting field visits, preparing proposals, closing deals, maintaining CRM records, researching markets, and coordinating with technical, billing, logistics, and support teams for service delivery.

Maintains computer systems, networks, servers, security controls, and user access. Provides technical support, monitors ISP infrastructure, troubleshoots outages, and coordinates with NOC teams. Manages IT and telecom inventory, including routers, switches, fiber equipment, and spare devices. Tracks assets, stock levels, deployments, repairs, warranties, and procurement while maintaining documentation, reports, service logs, and network records. Supports field installation and customer fault-replacement teams.

Leads sales strategy and teams for ISP and IPTV services, driving subscriber growth, revenue, market share, customer acquisition, retention, and channel expansion. Manage end-to-end recruitment for telecom and field workforce positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection coordination, bulk hiring, onboarding, candidate database management, recruitment reporting, employer branding, and recruitment compliance. The role requires collaboration with department heads and hiring managers, high-volume hiring under strict timelines, and use of sourcing platforms, Excel, and ATS tools.
