Maintain CRM pipelines, achieve revenue targets, coordinate with technical and operations teams, and expand accounts through cross-selling. Monitor market trends and competitors while building relationships with senior enterprise decision-makers.

Provides L3 technical escalation for complex network, server, system, and cloud incidents. Diagnoses infrastructure issues, performs root-cause analysis, implements corrective actions, monitors availability, maintains documentation, supports patches and upgrades, trains lower-level NOC teams, and participates in on-call operations to maintain high availability and SLA performance.
