Manage end-to-end recruitment: understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs in telecom functions (network operations, field support, splicing, sales, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
Maintain candidate databases, pipelines, and recruitment reports.
Handle bulk hiring for field and technical positions within defined timelines.
Ensure smooth joining formalities and onboarding of selected candidates.
Support in employer branding activities like job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in telecom/ISP/field workforce hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, campus hiring).
Ability to handle high-volume hiring under strict timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools/ATS.
