Manage and secure the company's cloud, SaaS, identity, endpoint, network, and security tooling within an ITIL framework. Lead Zero-Trust and IAM initiatives, administer macOS-heavy endpoints (JAMF, SentinelOne), modernize network infrastructure (Meraki/SD-WAN), support SIEM, ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2), mentor junior staff, and drive lifecycle and remediation efforts.

Maintain a safe, secure, and customer-focused site presence; monitor site activity, investigate security incidents, assist EMS during emergencies, enforce site policies, and uphold certifications and professional conduct.

Coordinate and manage urgent Special Requests and Quick Reaction Team deployments end-to-end: intake, staffing, travel, billing, timekeeping, invoicing, and post-deployment reconciliation. Maintain workflows, administrative controls, and process improvements while liaising with leadership, regional operations, payroll, finance, and clients. Support high-tempo, time-sensitive operational needs and readiness.

Drive Zero-Trust identity and access strategy, SIEM integration, endpoint and network modernization (predominantly macOS), ITIL processes, disaster recovery, compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2), vendor negotiations, budgeting, and team development to ensure secure, highly available operations.

Lead day-to-day administration and improvement of cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and security systems in a predominantly macOS environment. Implement IdP/SSO/MFA, manage JAMF and security agents, modernize network (Meraki/SD-WAN), apply Zero-Trust and ITIL practices, support SIEM/audits, mentor staff, and drive technology roadmap initiatives.

Manage and improve physical security, safety, executive protection, special events, investigations and risk management programs at a client campus. Develop policies and post orders, oversee budgets and contracts, coordinate with Global Safety & Security leadership, monitor incidents and metrics, and respond to emergent events and client requests.

Provide on-site physical security and customer service, monitor activity, investigate incidents, assist emergency responders, enforce site policies, and maintain required state guard licenses and certifications.

Produce and edit video content and social media assets for recruiting, branding, events, and client marketing. Research trends, create short- and long-form content (including podcast support), write social copy, adhere to a posting calendar and confidentiality rules, and support the communications team.

Manage and improve physical security, safety, executive protection, special events, investigations and risk management programs at a client campus.
