Lead cloud-first IT infrastructure across the Americas, owning cloud, systems, networking, identity, endpoint, and help desk functions. Drive Zero-Trust, SIEM, network modernization, ITIL operations, disaster recovery, compliance (ISO 27001/SOC 2), vendor management, and team development to ensure secure, highly available enterprise services.

Manage and secure the company's cloud, SaaS, identity, endpoint, network, and security tooling within an ITIL framework. Lead Zero-Trust and IAM initiatives, administer macOS-heavy endpoints (JAMF, SentinelOne), modernize network infrastructure (Meraki/SD-WAN), support SIEM, ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2), mentor junior staff, and drive lifecycle and remediation efforts.

Oversee security operations across assigned posts, conduct inspections and post reviews, respond to emergencies and staffing issues, liaise with clients and security personnel, document visits and incidents, manage equipment inventory, and complete personnel paperwork. The role requires state guard certification, flexible scheduling, customer service skills, and at least two years of security experience including one year in leadership.
