Responsibilities include dispatching flights in compliance with company policies and CAAS regulations, monitoring flights, preventing disruptions, optimizing crew and aircraft utilization, coordinating schedule changes and recovery plans, and communicating operational updates. The role requires independent judgment, teamwork, strong organization, and availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.

Oversee airline ground-services procedures, manuals, compliance, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, stakeholder coordination, and operational improvement projects. Maintain regulatory alignment, track corrective actions, support implementation readiness, and contribute to digitalization and service-quality initiatives across the operational network.
