Drives Japan point-of-sale sales volume and revenue while managing relationships with trade partners. Supports sales operations, standard operating processes, trade communications, commercial promotions, and cross-functional collaboration with headquarters and Japan commercial teams. The role requires effective stakeholder engagement, operational composure during disruptions, and proactive support in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Manage Scoot’s airline operations to maintain safe, punctual, and reliable flight schedules. Responsibilities include dispatching flights in compliance with company policies and CAAS regulations, monitoring flights, preventing disruptions, optimizing crew and aircraft utilization, coordinating schedule changes and recovery plans, and communicating operational updates. The role requires independent judgment, teamwork, strong organization, and availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.

Oversee airline ground-services procedures, manuals, compliance, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, stakeholder coordination, and operational improvement projects. Maintain regulatory alignment, track corrective actions, support implementation readiness, and contribute to digitalization and service-quality initiatives across the operational network.
