Specialist (eOps), Flight Operations – Technical, Regulatory and Projects
You will be working in Scoot Flight Operations Department to provide Regulatory, Administrative and Technical support.
1. Administrative and documentation support for FOPS department:
- Coordinate with documentation officer and dispatch to ensure on-board inventories are current.
- Coordinate with vendor for printing of FOPS documents.
- Administrator for document distribution platform such as Sharepoint, Comply365 and Aviator.
- Provide administrative support for management pilot and manage correspondence letters.
2. Audits for FOPS:
- Conduct audits on Flight Ops Vendors to ensure compliance of Scoot's QMS.
- Conduct audits internally to ensure compliance of Scoot's QMS.
- Planning of annual Audit Schedule.
3. iPad EFB Management and Support
- Manage and distribute iPad EFBs for Flight Crew.
- Provide technical support to Flight Crew, ensuring smooth performance of the EFB & applications
- Handle iOS / application updates, license management, and user access control for all iPad EFB & applications.
- Administrate WorkspaceOne MDM configuration changes and profiles.
- Monitor and maintain EFB accessories (e.g. Pivot case, EFB mounts, charger, adapters & eSIM cards) ensuring stock availability and replenishment on aircrafts.
4. System and Vendor Management
- Support backend system configurations, setup, testing, and troubleshooting for e-Ops platforms / applications.
- Coordinate with IT, external vendors, and operational business units to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.
- Support system integration between vendor platforms and in-house systems.
- Support and execute e-Ops initiatives, ensuring deliverables are achieved within timeline.
- Provide logistic & procurement supports for e-Ops initiatives.
5. Project Management
- Assist with technical research, special projects and tasks as request by DCP Fleet Technical & Projects.
- Coordinate EOPS initiatives
- Administrator for AVIATOR, eWAS, Comply365 and WSOne MDM.
- Handles Back end configurations, testing and troubleshooting.
- Manage and distributes Flight Ops iPads EFBs
- Liaise with vendors for software issues and queries.
- Provide logistics support for e-Ops.
- Plan workflows and processes for e-Ops.
6. Invoice Verification:
- Process FOPS invoices and purchases.
7. Procurement and Budget Management for FOPS (Fleet):
- Produce papers on business requirements etc.
- Review and vet contracts, track contract expiry dates and handle negotiation with vendors
- Planning of budget based on departmental needs
- Estimating future financial needs and trends to make informed budgeting decisions. Monitoring expenses, tracking and controlling expenditures such as duty travels by the team.
Required Skills
- Preferably a Degree in related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good knowledge in Aviation Industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good in Mathematics.
- Knowledge in XML is an advantage
