Chung explained that she and her fellow product managers grow every day through their work, which involves striking the right balance between players’ needs, technological capabilities and business goals. Whether it’s refining a feature, optimizing monetization strategies or designing an entirely new event, every project offers her and her colleagues an opportunity to stretch their knowledge and apply new skills, inspiring her to do even more as she continues to grow.

He believes that the program will accomplish two things: It will shape the company’s future hiring strategy by establishing a structured interview process focused on identifying critical thinkers with a passion to win; and it will further solidify SciPlay’s organic culture of learning and teaching, with employees naturally sharing knowledge and skills.
