Develop, configure, customize, test, troubleshoot, document, and support moderately complex ServiceNow applications throughout the software lifecycle. Build application components, Service Portal widgets, and platform enhancements using ServiceNow capabilities, JavaScript, Glide APIs, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS. Apply SDLC, Agile, coding, and testing standards while supporting platform stability. Collaborate with teams, resolve system issues, maintain documentation, and stay current with ServiceNow and emerging AI capabilities.

Monitors security events across SIEM, intrusion detection, firewall, system, application, and database sources. Maintains security procedures and documentation, conducts security assessments, evaluates security requirements, supports policy and metrics development, ensures system and application compliance, advises users and management, and assists with information security projects.

Performs routine accounting duties including invoice coding and payment, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, cash balancing, wire transfers, fixed-asset and investment records, accruals, reimbursements, and Federal Reserve deposits. Provides backup support across accounting functions, participates in related projects, and follows regulatory compliance and training requirements.

Provides senior operational support for core applications and approximately 6,000 daily automations across Symitar, OpCon, UiPath, and Axway. Leads incident triage, root-cause analysis, monitoring, release coordination, application onboarding, vendor escalations, disaster recovery, and operational improvement. Mentors Level I and II staff, supports ITIL processes, manages operational initiatives, and participates in 24x7 on-call coverage.

Provides senior-level production application support for Symitar, OpCon, UiPath, Axway, and approximately 6,000 daily automations. Leads incident triage, root-cause analysis, monitoring, release and change coordination, application onboarding, vendor escalations, disaster recovery, and high-impact event recovery. Partners with development and automation teams to improve reliability, mentors junior support staff, manages operational initiatives, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Provides advanced endpoint support and system administration, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, and security issues. Configures and deploys devices using endpoint management tools, manages software updates, maintains asset records, supports equipment lifecycles, monitors service-level performance, and assists remote or branch offices. The role also coordinates hardware refreshes, supports office relocations, enforces endpoint security baselines, and mentors junior staff.

Gathers, cleans, analyzes, and visualizes complex data to produce reports, dashboards, metrics, trends, and actionable business insights. Collaborates with stakeholders to define data requirements, validate data accuracy, address data challenges, maintain SQL scripts and recurring workflows, and improve reporting processes. Supports data-related projects and develops technical expertise while complying with applicable regulations and training requirements.

Resolves delinquent vehicle loans through calls, correspondence, repayment plans, settlements, repossession actions, account maintenance, and collection referrals. Reviews accounts, prepares required notices, coordinates with tow yards and government agencies, negotiates fees, audits vendor invoices, and supports reporting and compliance activities. Provides personalized assistance to members while following applicable regulations and organizational procedures.

Provides technical leadership for the enterprise endpoint security program, securing and maintaining Windows, macOS, and mobile device fleets. Designs endpoint architecture, security configurations, EDR and EPP solutions, vulnerability management processes, and zero-trust-aligned controls. Leads endpoint lifecycle and refresh projects, integrates endpoint systems with identity and networking platforms, and automates deployment, configuration, inventory, and management tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Bash. Mentors administrators and drives standardization, compliance, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Leads complex endpoint and mobile device fleet operations, including platform migrations, device deployments, security patch management, compliance enforcement, monitoring, reporting, and automation. Collaborates with IT, networking, security, and systems teams to integrate endpoint technologies, validate solutions, mitigate threats, and improve operational efficiency. Uses Intune, Jamf, Azure AD, and scripting tools across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

Perform financial research and reporting, analyze large datasets, build dashboards and models (SQL, Tableau, Dundas), support month-end/year-end close, reconcile accounts, and provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.

Reviews member transactions and account activity for suspicious behavior and regulatory violations. Conducts BSA/AML, OFAC, enhanced due diligence, and fraud investigations; prepares Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports; researches regulations; maintains reporting exemption records; analyzes compliance metrics; and supports regulatory audits and examinations.

Lead large, complex organizational projects end-to-end—define requirements, manage development, testing, and implementation, control scope/budget/risk, communicate with stakeholders including executives, mentor project managers, document deliverables, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Deploy, manage, and optimize the Splunk platform and observability tooling. Onboard data sources, build SPL queries and dashboards, monitor platform health, tune performance, respond to incidents/on-call rotations, support Java and .NET applications, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate across engineering, security, and operations to maintain reliable, secure enterprise services.

Support consumer lending business unit compliance by developing test scripts, monitoring regulatory changes, reviewing disclosures/marketing, conducting legal research, managing testing calendar, supporting examinations, recommending process and training improvements, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

Design, install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot contact center and IP telephony systems (Genesys Cloud and related UC/CC technologies). Ensure availability, capacity, performance, disaster recovery, vendor management, SOP documentation, and provide on-call/after-hours support.

Provide consultative investment and financial planning services to members, recommend suitable investment products, initiate transactions with broker/dealer, maintain compliance and OSJ communication, conduct annual financial reviews, and meet with members by phone and in person.
