Resolves delinquent vehicle loans through calls, correspondence, repayment plans, settlements, repossession actions, account maintenance, and collection referrals. Reviews accounts, prepares required notices, coordinates with tow yards and government agencies, negotiates fees, audits vendor invoices, and supports reporting and compliance activities. Provides personalized assistance to members while following applicable regulations and organizational procedures.

Designs, administers, secures, and continuously improves Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, and identity platforms. Responsibilities include governance, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, compliance, infrastructure optimization, vendor coordination, documentation, incident response, and second-tier engineering support. The role participates in a 24/7/365 paid on-call rotation and supports enterprise integrations across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, security tools, and broader IT systems.
