Develop and maintain scalable ServiceNow software applications, integrations, scripts, and custom platform configurations. Troubleshoot defects, support customer implementations, participate in requirements reviews and Scrum ceremonies, and manage multiple customer projects. The role involves REST and SOAP integrations, ServiceNow development, and exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps tools, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps.

Own end-to-end ServiceNow customer engagements, from developing Statements of Work and project plans through delivery. Manage engineering teams, stakeholder communications, project roadmaps, risks, reporting, customer satisfaction, training, and quality outcomes. Partner with leadership and sales on program strategy, operating plans, and expanding customer requirements while ensuring timely, transparent, and uninterrupted service delivery.

Part-time internship to learn and configure ServiceNow through training and mentorship. Work on real customer projects, write and test scripts, attend meetings and SCRUM, troubleshoot configurations, and pursue certifications.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in pre-sales situations, conduct presentations, design customized solutions, and lead technical discussions to enhance the ServiceNow platform's value for customers.

Lead ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers: design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps). Build custom scripts and integrations, troubleshoot, participate in SCRUM, and work directly with customers to deliver projects on time.
