The Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in pre-sales situations, conduct presentations, design customized solutions, and lead technical discussions to enhance the ServiceNow platform's value for customers.

Monitor and analyze security events in Datadog, identify and investigate incidents, develop incident response processes, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot configuration/scripts, and work with customers on security implementations and remote services.

Design, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub). Develop client/server scripts, UI components, workflows, and Service Portal widgets using JavaScript and AngularJS. Troubleshoot performance, CMDB, and workflow issues, create technical documentation, automate routine tasks, and support testing and system monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and timely issue resolution.
