The role coordinates field and central teams to translate strategy into measurable execution improvements and supports geographic expansion, merchant acquisition, and productivity growth.

Design and govern scalable data architecture for Global Customer Support analytics, including Bronze/Silver/Gold layers, dimensional models, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, governance, integrations, and high-volume data pipelines. The role partners with Data Engineering, Security, Platform, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, traceable, performant analytical data solutions using Databricks and dbt. AI-oriented data architecture, MLOps modeling, and advanced analytics experience are desirable.

Supports the General Counsel and legal team with corporate governance, compliance, IPO readiness, and transaction activities. Responsibilities include managing corporate calendars, filings, entity records, board materials, data rooms, due diligence, closing checklists, post-closing deliverables, contract lifecycle management, and e-billing processes. Partners with regional leadership, headquarters, accounting, operations, merchants, and debt investors to support financial control and business growth.

Provides strategic administrative support to the General Counsel and legal leadership, including calendar and travel management, board and committee coordination, confidential materials, executive presentations, compliance tracking, legal billing review, subpoena routing, and cross-functional project coordination. Serves as a trusted liaison to executives, board members, external counsel, and other stakeholders while supporting governance activities and high-impact meetings.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Legal and Compliance team through contract organization, document management, proofreading, basic legal review, legal research, and internal coordination. Maintains repositories, compliance calendars, trackers, templates, and archives; monitors contract statuses and signatures; prepares research summaries and correspondence; and assists with meeting coordination, action logs, and legal workflow improvements.

Lead the cloud infrastructure and developer platform team to define and execute strategy for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and shared services. Build and maintain SQL and Python-based financial reports, dashboards, and automated pipelines using warehouse data. Support month-end and year-end close through portfolio roll-forwards, charge-off, provisioning, depreciation, amortisation, and effective interest rate analyses. Reconcile warehouse outputs to the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, support audits, document report logic, monitor data quality, and provide portfolio and ad hoc analysis to accounting, FP&A, and management.

Own the D2C customer funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.
