Reviews AML transaction-monitoring alerts, suspicious activity escalations, sanctions-screening cases, and adverse media findings. Documents investigations, identifies emerging AML/CFT risks, and supports improvements to transaction surveillance procedures. Requires at least two years of relevant compliance experience, payments or fintech knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and flexibility for rotational shifts. This is a six-month fixed-term contract with hybrid office requirements.

Design, deploy, and monitor auditable ML/AI models for financial‑crime detection; analyze large datasets, validate and improve data quality and rules, build dashboards and reporting, support model governance and regulatory compliance, and translate findings into business actions.

Performs compliance quality assurance for financial crime controls, including operational and design effectiveness testing, sampling, reporting, issue remediation, documentation, and audit readiness. Own the development and launch of Nium’s digital asset products, including stablecoin-funded cards, wallet support, fiat on/off-ramps, and cross-border settlement flows. Lead product design through compliance, engineering, integration, and go-live in regulated markets. Evaluate custodians, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure while embedding MiCA, VASP, travel rule, and FinCEN requirements into product specifications and launch decisions.

Lead the development and implementation of financial crime compliance strategy, focusing on prevention and detection of money laundering risk while optimizing compliance operations and training programs.

Manage payment processing operations and relationships with network and partner banks. Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to assess new products, payment flows, markets, and partnerships; identify regulatory, financial crime, and operational risks; translate obligations into scalable controls; drive remediation; monitor regulatory developments; and develop playbooks, automation, and AI-assisted compliance workflows.

Own the development and launch of digital asset products, including stablecoin-funded cards, wallet functionality, on/off-ramps, and cross-border settlement. Define customer experiences, integrate custodians and blockchain infrastructure, and embed regulatory requirements such as MiCA, VASP frameworks, the Travel Rule, and FinCEN requirements into product design. Partner with compliance, engineering, network, and settlement teams to deliver regulated products and measure adoption, transaction volume, conversion, settlement speed, integration time, and market coverage.

Lead complex global commercial transactions and advise commercial, partnership, treasury, compliance, product, and executive teams. Draft and negotiate agreements involving payments, card issuance, treasury, digital assets, vendors, technology, SaaS, data, and infrastructure. Build scalable legal infrastructure through templates, playbooks, contracting standards, self-service resources, contract automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Provide practical, business-focused advice while supporting regulated financial products and global growth.

Manages centralized, multi-country accounts payable and finance operations across 15 countries. Responsibilities include vendor payments, payroll disbursements, statutory and indirect tax compliance, cash-flow reporting, ledger reconciliations, employee cost analysis, month-end close, and audit support. The role requires coordination with global finance, HR, and tax teams, strong ERP expertise, and Chartered Accountant qualification.
