Responsibilities include negotiating repayment plans and reinstatements, explaining loan modifications and repossession procedures, contacting members by phone and mail, processing payments, documenting collection activity, validating skip-trace results, de-escalating concerns, and protecting confidential information.

Process and perfect vehicle, boat, and RV titles; liaise with DMV, dealers, insurers, branches, and other financial institutions; record and file title paperwork; assist loan officers; resolve title issues; provide member service across channels and maintain accurate title records.
