Leads advanced quantitative modeling for credit risk, loan losses, asset-liability management, interest-rate risk, capital stress testing, liquidity, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. Partners with Treasury, Finance, Credit Risk, Accounting, and regulatory teams to develop, validate, monitor, and govern models. Presents findings to executives, board committees, and regulators, provides strategic recommendations, supports pricing and portfolio optimization, and may mentor junior analysts.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for payments products: define multi-year roadmaps, build business cases, monitor KPIs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendor/partner relationships, and drive financial and operational outcomes.

Process and perfect vehicle, boat, and RV titles; liaise with DMV, dealers, insurers, branches, and other financial institutions; record and file title paperwork; assist loan officers; resolve title issues; provide member service across channels and maintain accurate title records.

Lead HR technology and AI strategy to deliver an integrated digital employee experience. Own roadmap, AI governance, product management, vendor relationships, integrations, change management, and metrics. Develop and coach teams, advise HR leadership, and drive adoption and operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
