Lead enterprise third-party risk and business continuity programs. Design and test BCP/resilience plans, align with IT/InfoSec recovery, manage TPRM lifecycle, oversee regulatory responses, drive program maturity, and provide executive reporting.

Provide administrative support and assist with underwriting commercial real estate credits: perform financial and repayment reviews, analyze credit reports and leases, review appraisals and insurance, perform property inspections, and complete other duties as directed.

Lead BSA/AML operations and staff, ensure timely SAR/CTR/314/OFAC reporting, maintain QA and validation, develop procedures and playbooks, support regulatory exams, analyze trends and risks, and advise business units on financial crime mitigation.

Provide member service and support for vehicle, boat, and RV title processing; liaise with DMVs, dealers, insurers and other financial institutions; assist loan officers with title perfection; record and file title paperwork; resolve title issues and follow up on outstanding items; maintain accurate notes and documentation; adhere to quality and call-handling procedures.

Designs, documents, and maintains Finance & Accounting procedures and internal controls. Leads workflow optimization, control testing support, issue escalation, and readiness for audits and regulatory exams. Partners with finance leaders and risk/compliance to embed governance into daily operations and approve process changes affecting finance systems.

Develop and execute internal communication strategy, maintain editorial calendars, taxonomy and metadata frameworks, lead campaign planning and debriefs, manage content migration and analytics, set metrics and SOPs, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for payments products: define multi-year roadmaps, build business cases, monitor KPIs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendor/partner relationships, and drive financial and operational outcomes.

Lead HR technology and AI strategy to deliver an integrated digital employee experience. Own roadmap, AI governance, product management, vendor relationships, integrations, change management, and metrics. Develop and coach teams, advise HR leadership, and drive adoption and operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

The Post-Graduate Internal Audit Intern assists in audit execution, internal control evaluation, and risk assessment while gaining professional experience in Internal Audit.
