Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process design and optimization in equipment manufacturing: develop and improve sheet metal, welding, machining and assembly processes, support CNC operations, use ERP and CAD tools for process documentation and basic data analysis, and communicate in Chinese and English.

Provide technical support and training for MKS Taiwan service technicians, maintain and qualify test stations, perform failure analysis and repair reporting, liaise with US corporate technical support on product transfers, service bulletins, and troubleshooting, and support customer installations as needed.

Lead EHS management for equipment installation and plant projects: build and implement EHS systems, perform hazard identification and JSA, manage high-risk operations (LOTO, hot work, working at heights), run safety observations and training, conduct incident investigations and bilingual reporting, and drive hazard remediation and continuous improvement.

Support sales organization with project implementation, account distribution, order processing, sales documentation, pricing/quotations, and coordination with internal departments to satisfy customer requirements and maintain customer files.

Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams and hiring managers. Create job summaries and requisition content, coordinate responsibilities and documentation, assist with recruiting and onboarding logistics, manage communications with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and screening processes.

Develop, validate, and document robust manufacturing processes, design jigs/fixtures, apply SPC and lean methods, troubleshoot production issues, support OEM part qualification, and collaborate with design, supply chain, and quality to meet production schedules and drive continuous improvement.

Manage assigned accounts to meet sales targets while providing technical service and process improvement. Build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, coordinate internally to resolve technical issues, and ensure safety and compliance at customer sites.
