Lead strategic sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives for the Brazil organization: perform market and spend analysis, drive vendor consolidation, negotiate contracts, manage category strategies, ensure supplier SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to report savings and progress.

Prepare and release job tickets with drawings and documents in SAP, maintain material release progress, optimize on-time delivery and machine utilization, coordinate with logistics/warehouse/production/engineering, monitor WIP and troubleshoot, and support supervisor-assigned activities.

Lead root-cause analysis and validation testing for electroplating equipment across NPI, production, and delivery. Develop and monitor systemic improvement plans, perform supplier technical reviews, qualify new materials/components, collaborate with R&D/Production to prevent defects, and compile standardized technical quality documentation and databases.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process design and optimization in equipment manufacturing: develop and improve sheet metal, welding, machining and assembly processes, support CNC operations, use ERP and CAD tools for process documentation and basic data analysis, and communicate in Chinese and English.

Lead sourcing and operational procurement for IM&S categories across SEA countries. Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO processes, supplier onboarding, local supplier relationships, RFQs, and SAP Ariba workflows. Support category strategy execution, procurement governance, compliance checks, spend reporting, and stakeholder engagement while enabling cost optimization and supplier performance monitoring.

Design and produce 2D/3D drawings and BOMs for customer orders, support production, maintain design and installation/inspection/user manuals and spare part lists, collect cross-department feedback to optimize standard designs, and follow HSE rules.

Lead technical support for assigned PCB products: collaborate with sales/customers to troubleshoot, run initial tests and line startups, collect process data, recommend process modifications, lead problem-solving and process reviews, document process knowledge, and report market/technical issues while supporting frequent travel.
